This CME/CE-certified curriculum has been developed to establish impactful small group interactions between members of the diabetes care team that will, through a variety of collaborative educational experiences, help them to fully integrate CGM into daily practice.

This module summarizes the benefits of CGM use in patients with diabetes, provides additional insight into the use and interpretation of CGM metrics for diabetes management, and provides practical tips for the use of CGM in patients with diabetes.
This module describes various barriers to the use of CGM, as well as strategies to overcome those barriers. Multiple patient cases are presented to illustrate practical points.
